You start with a 14-day free trial with every feature, during which a complete system is created for your company. No bank card is needed to sign up, and you're not committed to subscribe after the trial.
Steps
Open rowdx.com/signup, or click Try free on any page of the site.
Company or business name: as it will appear on invoices; you can change it later. The flag next to it is your country; click it to change the country if it isn't Saudi Arabia, and the currency, tax and dialling code change automatically.
Your name: the full name of the system manager (you).
Mobile number: starts with your country's prefix (e.g.
05in Saudi Arabia). If a verify button appears next to it, click it and enter the 6-digit code sent by SMS.Email: your login for the system, where the welcome message and invoices arrive. You may be asked for a code sent to your email.
Password: the rules appear below it and turn blue as each is met:
- 8 characters or more.
- At least one letter.
- At least one number.
The eye button shows what you typed so you can check it. Choose a password you don't use anywhere else.
Plan: pick the one closest to your business from the four plans. Don't worry; you can change it any time from your subscription page, and the trial includes every feature whatever you choose. See Plans & add-ons.
Accept the terms and privacy policy, and click the create button.
Your system address
Your system gets a short address automatically (like abc.rowdx.com), sent in the welcome email. Bookmark it. On the Enterprise plan your system can use your own company domain.
Setting up your system
After clicking, "Preparing your system…" shows for about a minute. Rowdx creates a separate system for your company, preconfigured for your country:

The trial
- 14 days with every module and app.
- Your data is real and stays as-is when you subscribe; nothing to re-enter.
- A reminder arrives before it ends, and you track remaining days in My subscription.
- If it ends without a subscription, the system becomes read-only: you can view and print your data, and it works again as soon as you subscribe.
