Rowdx is cloud accounting software with 4 plans. Each plan includes everything in the one before it, and all include full accounting, e-invoicing (Phase 2), and the point of sale (cashier). Prices are in SAR per month before 15% VAT; yearly billing costs 10 months.

What each plan adds

Basic: small shops and freelancers

• Tax and simplified sales invoices and credit notes.
• E-invoicing Phase 2, integrated with Fatoora.
• Quotations, receipts and payments.
• Accounting, financial statements and the VAT return.
• The cashier with one point of sale.

Advanced: busy shops and restaurants

Everything in Basic, plus:

• Stock with multiple warehouses, counts and transfers.
• Buying, suppliers and purchase orders.
• Sales orders and delivery notes.
• Payroll: payroll run, Mudad file and GOSI.
• Fleet & shipping: vehicles, drivers and delivery trips.
• Cost centers, advanced reports with Excel export, and per-user permissions.

Business: companies, chains and distribution (most popular)

Everything in Advanced, plus:

• The sales rep and manager apps, rep tracking and commissions.
• CRM.
• An online store with professional themes.
• Lending & instalments.
• Human resources: attendance, leave, recruitment and appraisals.
• Manufacturing and quality.
• Projects and fixed assets with depreciation.
• Support with the Helpdesk and Insights apps.
• Budgets and recurring entries, and API integration with your systems.

Enterprise: large organizations and groups

Everything in Business with more capacity, plus:

• A dedicated account manager and priority support.
• Migration of your data from your old system, and remote team training.
• Invoice templates in your brand.
• A custom domain for your system.
• Custom reports and dashboards on request.

A module isn't in the menu?

Modules not included in your plan don't appear in the sidebar. If you need one, upgrade from My subscription and it appears immediately.

mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay. You receive a payment receipt and a tax invoice by email.

Managing your subscription

The page shows:

• Plan, status, days remaining and billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• Users — current count against your limit.
• Active add-ons.

From here you can subscribe, renew, upgrade or change plan, change the billing cycle, or cancel. Payment is by card, and the receipt is emailed to you.

Who manages the subscription?

Your company's system manager renews and changes the plan. Other users only see the status.

Subscription statuses

Status	Meaning
Trial	Full system during the trial days
Active	Your subscription is current
Grace period	Subscription ended, but the system works normally for a short time so you can renew
Read-only	After the grace period: you can view and print your data but not add or edit
Suspended	The system is stopped; contact support

Your data is not deleted when a subscription ends, and the system works again immediately once you renew.

Upgrading and downgrading

• Upgrades apply immediately.
• Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Cancelling

After cancelling, your system works normally until the end of the paid period, then becomes read-only with your data kept. You can undo the cancellation before then. Before leaving you can download a backup of your data in Excel.

Auto-renewal

When paying by card you can turn auto-renewal on or off any time from the same page.
