Connect your Salla or Zid store to Rowdx and every store order is recorded automatically; once paid, Rowdx creates a tax invoice and a receipt for it. When your stock changes in Rowdx, the quantity updates in the store.
Subscription add-on
Online store integration is an add-on. Enable it from your subscription page, then come back here.
Connecting
- Click Connect store and choose Salla or Zid.
- You're taken to Salla or Zid. Sign in and approve Rowdx's permissions.
- You return to Rowdx and see Store connected.
- Choose the warehouse products are deducted from and whose quantities are sent to the store.
- Choose the payment method store payments are recorded under on the receipt, or No receipt if you record collections yourself.
Matching products (important)
Rowdx identifies a product by its item code (SKU). Make sure each store product carries the same item code as in Rowdx.
If an order contains a product whose code doesn't exist in Rowdx, a new item is created without stock. So match codes before orders start arriving to keep stock and quantities accurate.
When is the invoice created?
Choose Invoice timing:

Cash on delivery counts as paid on delivery.
Stock deduction
Turn on Deduct stock with the invoice if store goods come from your Rowdx warehouse, so quantities are deducted when the invoice is created.
Order statuses
The Latest orders table shows the last 60 orders across your stores:

| Pending | Received, not yet due for invoicing (e.g. not paid yet) |
| Invoiced | Its invoice has been created |
| Returned | Cancelled or refunded after invoicing; a credit note was created automatically |
| Cancelled before invoicing | Cancelled before an invoice existed; nothing in accounting |
| Needs review | The invoice couldn't be created automatically. Check the error shown on the order, fix it, then click Retry |
Stock sync
Rowdx sends changed quantities to the store every 5 minutes, and shows the last update time. To send immediately, click Send quantities now.
Other buttons
- Import latest orders: pulls recent orders from the store — useful right after connecting.
- Disconnect store: stops new orders arriving until you reconnect. Existing invoices stay as they are.
E-invoicing
If your system is connected to ZATCA, store order invoices are sent like any other invoice.
