A complete online store on your system's address (your-company.rowdx.com/store) that shows your Rowdx items directly, with your real prices and stock. Each order lands in your system as a sales order, its quantities are reserved, and its tax invoice is issued from the same place. No double data entry and no external store to connect.

Already on Salla or Zid?

You don't need this store. Connect your existing store to Rowdx as in Online stores (Salla & Zid).

1. Store name, short description, logo and favicon.
2. Theme: five ready designs (Rowdx, Nasim, Fakhama, Souq, Naem). Try each and open the store to see the difference.
3. Primary and secondary colour and font (IBM Plex, Tajawal, Cairo, Almarai).
4. Product card shape: square, portrait or wide, to suit your photos.
5. Announcement bar at the top (e.g. "Free delivery over SAR 200") and its link.
6. Main banner: title, description, button, link and image, plus a secondary banner for a special offer.
7. Featured category shown on the home page.
8. Tick Publish store and save, then open it from Open store.

2. Products and prices

Products are your items. What appears in the store:

• Image and description from the item. Add clear photos and good descriptions; that's what customers see.
• Price from the price list chosen in settings. To show a struck-through "was" price, choose a compare-at price list.
• Prices include VAT: tick it if the price list includes 15%.
• The warehouse whose stock is shown and deducted.
• Categories are your item groups. To hide internal groups (like raw materials) list them in Hidden categories.

Stock options:

• Show out-of-stock products or hide them.
• Allow ordering when out of stock (pre-orders).
• Show "only X left" when stock is low.

3. Delivery and pickup

• Flat delivery fee, and free delivery for orders over an amount.
• Available cities (leave empty for all), and delivery fee by city.
• Store pickup and the pickup address.
• Minimum order value.

4. Payment

Enable the methods you accept:

• Online payment (mada, Apple Pay, cards): requires the payment gateway in Integrations → Online payments & instalments (Moyasar, Tabby, Tamara).
• Tabby and Tamara instalments: if enabled on the same screen.
• Cash on delivery.
• Bank transfer: with bank name, account holder and IBAN, shown to the customer after ordering.

And choose the payment icons shown in the store footer.

5. Footer, policies and verification

• Contact: WhatsApp, phone, email, and social accounts.
• Verification: if your store is verified on the Saudi Business Center, tick Verified store and enter the verification number and certificate link, plus your CR number. The badges show in the footer and build customer trust.
• Policies: About us, exchange & returns, shipping & delivery, privacy, terms. Each becomes a page in the store.
• Store description for search engines: two lines shown in Google results.

Create a coupon linked to a pricing rule (percent or amount, on all products or a category), with a usage limit and expiry. Tick Coupon codes in store settings so the field appears in the cart.

Receiving orders

Every new order:

1. Appears as a new sales order, with the customer, address and payment method, and you get a notification.
2. Prepare it, then from the sales order: Create → Sales invoice (and a shipping waybill from there if needed).
3. Orders paid online have their payment recorded on the invoice automatically.

Customers follow their order from the Track order page in the store.
