Company details

- Company
Your company details appear on every invoice and printed document, in the financial statements, and are used for the ZATCA connection. Complete them before issuing your first invoice.
Fastest way: upload your documents
On first login, a Complete your business details window appears. Instead of typing, upload:
- Your VAT registration certificate (PDF from the ZATCA portal).
- Your commercial registration certificate (PDF from the Ministry of Commerce).
- Your national address document (PDF from the "Subl" app).
Upload them together or one at a time. Rowdx reads the business name in Arabic and English, VAT number, CR (or unified) number, and the full national address (building number, street, district, city, postal code, additional number, short address), and fills each field in place. Each document is marked once read.
Upload the original file
The original electronic PDF certificate is what gets read. A screenshot or a scanned certificate isn't; download the original from the portal. If the CR status at the Ministry of Commerce isn't "active", a warning shows.
Don't have the documents now? Type the CR number, and if a Fetch details button appears next to it, click it. The same for the short address (4 letters and 4 digits from Subl, like RRRD2929) with Fetch address automatically. Or fill in the fields by hand. You can complete them later from Settings → Company.
Basic details
Open your company from Settings → Company and fill in:
| Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Company name | Shown at the top of invoices and reports |
| VAT number | Mandatory on tax invoices; 15 digits starting and ending with 3 |
| Commercial registration | Shown on invoices and financial statements |
| Address | Your national address as officially registered |
| Logo | Shown at the top of printouts |
| Default currency | Saudi Riyal; avoid changing it after transactions exist |
Signature & stamp
The company screen has a Signature & stamp section:
- Upload a signature image and a stamp image (transparent PNG works best).
- Keep Show signature and stamp on invoices, vouchers and all printed documents checked.
They then appear automatically on invoices, receipts and payments, quotations, sales and purchase orders, PDFs and WhatsApp share links.

Branches
If you have several branches you can track sales per branch; the dashboard then shows Sales by branch. The number of branches depends on your plan, and you can add branches from your subscription.
