- Bank statement upload & matching
Instead of typing bank transactions, download your statement from your bank and upload it as-is. Rowdx detects the columns, records transactions without duplicates, then matches each one to the right voucher or invoice.
Supports Saudi bank statements such as Al Rajhi, SNB (Al Ahli), Riyad Bank, Alinma, Albilad and others, in Excel (xlsx / xls) or CSV.
First time: add your bank account
If you see No bank account for the company yet:
- Click Add bank account.
- Enter the bank name and IBAN, and pick the linked ledger account (e.g. "Al Rajhi – Current").
- Save and return to the bank statement page.
Step 1: choose the bank account
Pick the account. Next to it you'll see the last transaction date and status: No statement uploaded yet, Waiting for matching, or Fully matched.
Step 2: upload the statement
- From your bank's website or app, download the statement for the period as Excel or CSV.
- Drag the file into the box or click Choose statement file. Maximum size is 8 MB.
- Rowdx reads the file and shows a summary:
- New transactions — deposits and withdrawals.
- Already recorded — skipped automatically.
- Ignored rows such as opening balances and totals.
- Confirm. You'll see how many transactions were recorded and how many were matched automatically.
Uploaded the same statement twice?
No problem. Re-uploading the same or an overlapping statement does not duplicate transactions.
Step 3: matching
Transactions waiting for matching are listed. For each, Rowdx suggests a voucher or invoice with the same amount:
- Match confirmed — matches all confirmed suggestions at once.
- Match manually — pick the voucher yourself.
- No voucher or invoice with this amount? Record a receipt or payment directly from the row, then refresh.
When everything is done you'll see All transactions matched.
Transactions without a customer or supplier
Bank fees, commissions, interest, card terminal fees: record them from the same row as a payment or entry against the right expense account.
Advanced reconciliation tool
For complex cases, like one transaction covering several vouchers, click Advanced reconciliation tool, or open Accounting → Banking → Bank Reconciliation Tool.
