Rowdx prepares complete annual financial statements following the requirements of the Qawaem platform, ready to print or download as Excel with no manual preparation.

What's included

• Statement of financial position (balance sheet).
• Income statement.
• Cash flow statement.
• Fixed asset schedule with depreciation rates.
• Notes to the financial statements.
• A cover page with company name, commercial registration, VAT number and fiscal year.
• A place for the auditor's report.
• Signature boxes for the CFO and General Manager, with the signature and stamp from the company record if uploaded.

Each statement shows the current and previous year for comparison (in the first year a note says there are no prior figures).

Steps

1. Open Financial statements (Qawaem).
2. Choose the company and fiscal year.
3. Complete report details and references (e.g. auditor details) if needed.
4. Review the statements on screen.
5. Choose:
   • Print / Save PDF.
   • Download Excel.

Automatic checks

Rowdx validates the statements and shows the result:

Check	Correct result
Balance sheet balances	Statement of financial position is balanced
Cash flow reconciliation	Cash flow matches the cash balance

If a difference appears, an account is probably mapped to the wrong line or an entry is incomplete. Review the trial balance or contact support.

Uploading to Qawaem

In Qawaem choose Create financial statements, then enter each line as shown in Rowdx, or send the Excel file to your chartered accountant.

Mapping accounts to lines

Lines are mapped automatically from the chart of accounts. To change where an account appears, open it from the chart of accounts and change Financial statement line.

Detailed financial reports

Besides the official statements, Accounting → Financial statements has:
