Settings

The Settings section is visible to the system manager and gathers company, users, security, printing and data settings.

If your business doesn't need a module (manufacturing, say), turn it off and it disappears from the sidebar for all users, making the menu simpler. Data isn't affected, and you can turn it back on any time. Modules not in your plan show here locked with an upgrade button.

Simple and Pro mode

Use the Simple / Pro switch at the top of the page: Simple shows the key screens under each module (good for getting started), Pro shows every screen, setting and report. The choice is saved per user.

Language

From the user menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) → اللغة · Language: Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi. The interface changes for that user only; your data stays as entered.

Importing data from Excel

In Rowdx

3. Data Import

1. Click New, choose the document type (e.g. Customer or Item) and Insert New Records.
2. Save, then Download Template and fill it in Excel.
3. Upload the file and click Start Import.
4. Review any errors, fix the rows and import again.

Try a few rows first

Import 5 rows first to check the template, then import the rest.
