Bank connection
- Integrations
- Bank connection
- Click + Connect a bank account and choose your bank.
- Sign in on the bank's own page and approve sharing transactions (your bank username and password aren't stored in Rowdx).
- Choose the matching bank account in Rowdx.
From then on the account's transactions arrive daily in the bank statement, Rowdx matches them with payments and invoices automatically, and you review the rest in Bank statement & matching. Sync now fetches the latest transactions immediately. If your bank isn't available, upload the statement in Excel or PDF from Bank statement.
WhatsApp alerts for the owner
- Integrations
- WhatsApp alerts
- Tick Enable alerts.
- Mobile numbers: one per line. If left empty, alerts go to the system managers' mobiles.
- Choose the alerts:
- Daily summary (9 pm): today's sales, collections and cash.
- Overdue invoice.
- Item running low, and the low-stock threshold.
- Save.
The WhatsApp connection itself is provided by Rowdx; you don't need your own WhatsApp Business account. The same connection sends customers instalment, rent and recurring-invoice reminders.

Business and Enterprise plans
To connect an external system (your website, your app, another system) to Rowdx:
- API keys: create a key named after whoever will use it. The secret is shown only once; store it safely, and revoke the key as soon as it's no longer needed.
- Webhooks: an address that receives a notification when something happens in your system (new invoice, payment…).
- Full technical documentation for developers at developers.rowdx.com.
