Account & subscription
Do I need to install anything?
No. Rowdx runs in the browser on computer and phone. You can add it to your phone's home screen to use it like an app.
Can I change my system address after signing up?
The address is assigned automatically and stays fixed. The company name can be changed any time. On the Enterprise plan your system can use your own domain (like erp.yourcompany.com).
How many users and branches does my plan include?
Basic: 2 users, 1 branch, 1 point of sale. Advanced: 5, 2 branches, 3 points. Business: 15, 5 branches, 10 points. Enterprise: 40, 15 branches, 25 points. Add more as a monthly add-on without changing plan. See Plans & add-ons.
A module (HR, store, manufacturing…) isn't in my menu
Modules not included in your plan don't appear. Upgrade from My subscription and the module appears immediately. If it's included but a particular employee can't see it, it's their permissions; check Users & permissions.
Is VAT charged on the subscription?
Prices are before 15% VAT in Saudi Arabia, and you receive a tax invoice with each payment.
My data is in Qoyod, Daftra or Zoho. Do I re-enter it?
No. Export it to Excel and bring it over from Moving from another program with opening balances.
What happens to my data if my subscription ends?
Nothing is deleted. The system runs through a grace period, then becomes read-only, and works again immediately when you renew. See Plans & add-ons.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any time from My subscription. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at renewal.
I forgot my password
Click Forgot password on the login page and you'll get an email to set a new one.
I changed my phone and can't enter the verification code
Ask your company's system manager to reset two-factor authentication for your account. See Two-factor authentication.
Accounting
I made a mistake on a submitted invoice. How do I fix it?
- Not yet sent to the customer or ZATCA: Cancel it, then Amend to create a corrected copy.
- Already sent: issue a credit note, then a correct invoice.
Why can't I delete an account from the chart?
Because it has transactions. Disable it instead. See Chart of accounts.
I uploaded the same bank statement twice — are transactions duplicated?
No, Rowdx skips transactions that are already recorded.
The balance sheet doesn't balance in the financial statements
Usually an account is mapped to the wrong line or an opening entry is incomplete. Review the trial balance or contact support.
How do I get my VAT return figures?
From the Sales Register and Purchase Register for the period. See VAT.
E-invoicing
Does Rowdx support Phase 2?
Rowdx connects your system to the Fatoora platform and sends invoices automatically. See ZATCA connection.
The OTP from the Fatoora portal doesn't work
It's valid for one hour. Generate a new one in the portal and enter it right away.
Cashier & apps
Does the cashier work offline?
Yes, selling and receipt printing continue, and sales are sent to the system as soon as the connection returns. See Cashier.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes: the Rowdx app on Android and iOS for the owner and accountant, and the sales rep and manager apps on the Business and Enterprise plans. See Rowdx apps.
Can I open an online store?
Yes, on the Business and Enterprise plans: a store on your system's address with your items, prices and stock. If your store is on Salla or Zid, connect it with the integration add-on. See Online store.
How do I put an invoice on instalments?
From the submitted invoice: Instalment the balance, set the number and frequency, and the customer is reminded automatically on WhatsApp before each instalment. See Lending & instalments.
Security & data
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Each company has its own separate system and database, seen only by your company's users. Support can't see your screen unless you share it with a code, and passwords are never shown while sharing.
How do I get a copy of my data?
From Settings → Backup download your data in Excel any time. See Backup.
